Peter Hay Halpert Fine Art is pleased to announce the representation of Mario Kiesenhofer.

Born in 1984 in Austria, Mario now lives and works in Vienna. He studied Photography and Video Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. His work has been exhibited in London, Tokyo, Poland, and at the Vienna Museum. In 2015 the Federal Chancellery of Austria granted him a scholarship for Artistic Photography. In 2018 he was awarded an artist's residency at the International Studio and Curatorial Program in Brooklyn. He is a co-founder of STREULICHT - a publication series on photography & related arts.

Kiesenhofer's upcoming exhibitions include a group show at Kunstverein Schattendorf in October where visitors can see some works in a former shared shower and a solo show at a private exhibiting space in Vienna. In May 2020, Peter Hay Halpert Fine Art will give him his first solo show in New York City, at our gallery space in Chelsea.
